Marí started his career At the age of 16, Jay Z signed her to Def Jam and she released her first album. But her first album sales were disappointing. Then she goes back from music and after then in 2008, she returned to the music scene with the Pleasure P-assisted single “Hunt 4 U”.

She started doing single songs and her second single “No Daddy” had a video that led to commercial success on MTV. The video spent sixteen days on Total Request Live, reaching number four. That’s a huge success for her at that time.

She is an excellent model and film/tv artist. She has done several movies like The Magnificent Cooly-T, Lottery Ticket, Mac & Devin Go to High School, Holla II, The Dempsey Sisters. Her performance in these movies is very interesting.
